Golf

Golf is a ball game that is looking back on a long tradition. The aim is to hole-in a ball with the least possible drives, for which purpose various golf clubs are used. Usually, one round is made up of 18 alleys, which have to be completed one after another on a golf course. Originally golf was developed in Scotland and considered to be an elitist and expensive pastime for long time. However by now golf has become a popular sport in many countries. Today there are an estimated 50 million players worldwide.
